Rosa Miriam Elizade is an academic and journalist. Ms. Elizade graduated with a degree in Journalism from the University of Havana in 1989. She obtained her PhD in Communication Sciences from the University of Havana in 2014. Member of the National Committee of UPEC (1993-2020) and currently the First Vice President of that organization. She is an assistant professor at the University of Havana and the International Institute of Journalism "José Martí."
