Habanos World Days Cigar Festival 2021

Each year, thousands of cigar lovers from around the world make the trek to Havana to take part in the Habanos Cigar Festival. After the cancellation of the 23rd Festival because of the pandemic situation, it was announced the Habanos World Days festival will take place online from May 4-6 2021.

The Habanos festival is an annually held exclusive event attended by thousands of cigar smokers from more than 70 countries. So as to not disappoint, Habanos S.A. set up a new website to host the event virtually this year.

This year 2021 is very special because it is the celebration of the 55th anniversary of the prestigious Cohiba brand cigar.

The Habanos World Days event will offer activities including the introduction of new products, presentations, videos, tastings, virtual tours and many other activities.

Habanos will launch some of its new products, and other luxury brand companies will exhibit products and accessories of the year in a virtual trade show.

The program includes Habanos Premiers, to be screened at a designated date and time.

Expert Habanos Sommeliers will guide audiences through pairings. One of the most enjoyable events, the visits to the cigar factories and plantations will take place virtually and include 3D images, panoramic photographs and detailed information about the sector.

Schedule of events is available at Habanos World Days site

Another favorite event of cigar lovers will return this year – the Habanos World Challenge in which afficionados will have the chance to test their knowledge of the Habano and the Cohiba. Best answers will receive a special prize.

Cigar afficionados can celebrate “Cohiba Year” and register here for the Habanos World Days festival 2021. The full pdf guide to daily events is also available on the site for download.
