ROC Hotels Announces New Partnership with Cubanacán

ROC Hotels has announced a new partnership with Cubanacán S.A. for the management and marketing of the El Viejo y el Mar Hotel in Havana. Operation will begin January 1, 2024.

A Spanish company, ROC Hotels manages a total of 2,254 rooms across the island.

ROC Hotels currently operates five hotels in Varadero, Havana, and Cayo Santa María. This last destination was incorporated at the beginning of 2023, after the signing with Cubanacán for the administration and marketing of a 5-star hotel with 800 rooms.

The announcement was made after Pedro Martin Graciani, adviser to ROC’s president and supervisor for ROC Caribbean, told HOSTELTUR they were completing a deal for a new property in Havana.
