SAHIC Conference Opens at the Melia Cohiba in Havana

The South American Hotel and Tourism Investment Conference (SAHIC) conference opened yesterday at the Melia Cohiba hotel in Havana.  SAHIC is the Latin American hotel and tourism investment conference organizer in the region.

Approximately 250 travel industry executives of hotel corporations and travel and tourism experts are in attendance.  The discussion of the  challenges and investment opportunities in Cuba are on the agenda of this years’s SAHIC conference.

Arturo García, President of the SAHIC Investment Conference told the press that Cuba will probably be placed second among the most sought-after destinations in Latin America.
