Dr. Osvaldo Héctor Ardisana from Servicios Medicos Cubanos (SMC) is in Montreal working with Services Santé International, a medical tourism company with offices in Montreal, Trois-Rivières and Québec. We caught up with him in the Montreal office where we had the opportunity to ask about SMC and Cuba’s medical tourism industry.
