Varadero Recognized as One of Top 50 Beaches in the World

Varadero has been recognized as one of the top 50 beaches in the world. The nomination comes from the World’s Top 50 Beaches. Over 750 travel influencers, journalists, and the company’s Beach Ambassadors determined the winners.

TripAdvisor also lists 30 of the best beaches in Cuba, with ratings decided by travelers’ votes that rank individual beaches.

Varadero Beach on the Hicacos Peninsula in the province of Matanzas, offers over 16 kilometres of stunning beaches and crystal blue waters. The town is the resort capital of Cuba, with plenty of options for accommodations at all price ranges—from luxury to basic rooms for rent. There are dozens of all-inclusive hotels popular with Cubans and foreigners alike.

Varadero has its own international airport. In fact, traveling to Varadero is just as easy, with buses to cities across the island.
